Shipping policy
1. GENERAL
Our goal is to facilitate the best shipping options for your serviced products. We handle shipments to and from customers across the continental United States.
2. SHIPPING TO US
Customers are responsible for shipping their products to us for servicing. They may use their own shipping method or request a shipping label from us. Please note that all shipping charges, regardless of the method, are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the service invoice. Shipping insurance is not included and is the responsibility of the customer.
3. PROCESSING TIME
After your product is received, we'll perform order verification, quality check, and packaging. Orders are typically sent back to the customer within 24 hours after the service is completed, unless otherwise stated.
4. SHIPPING BACK TO CUSTOMER
Once the service on your product is completed, we will ship it back to you. The shipping method will depend on your selection at the time of service request. Again, all shipping charges, regardless of the method, are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to your service invoice. If you choose to use our shipping service, shipment insurance is not included and will be an additional cost.
5. SHIPPING TIME
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our facility to your destination. After processing and leaving our facility, items usually take between 5-10 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
6. DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at [your contact email]. Please note that we are not responsible for items damaged during shipping, and shipping insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
7. SHIPPING OF SERVICED PRODUCTS
We take great care to package your serviced products to protect them during shipping. We will always attempt to return items in the packaging in which they were sent to us. Upon receiving your item back from us, please inspect the packaging and item to ensure no damage occurred during transit
