1. AGREEMENT

By using our services and shipping your suspension components to us, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. SERVICES

We provide repair/rebuild services for a variety of products. You agree to install and use your serviced products in accordance with industry standards.

3. SERVICE REQUEST AND ACCEPTANCE

By submitting a service request, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, information about yourself and the product needing service. This includes the responsibility of testing forks for proper tire and frame clearance before use and testing rear shocks for proper frame alignment and clearance before use. Should any issues arise, please contact us for guidance. You may need to adjust shock eyelets, air cans, inflation valves, and hardware for proper installation and alignment. We recommend the use of a professionally trained bicycle mechanic for the installation of your suspension.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Upon accepting these terms, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure the proper installation and use of the serviced products. This includes the full compression of both fork and shock prior to use, to ensure there is no frame contact.

5. WARRANTY

We offer a 30-day warranty on workmanship, effective from the date of receipt of the serviced product by the customer. This warranty does not cover damage or injury caused by improper installation or use of the serviced products.

6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

You hereby release us, our owners, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, costs, expenses, damages, and losses arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the services provided under these Terms, including, but not limited to, any damage or injury caused by improper installation or use of the serviced products.

7. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. Payment is due upon completion of the service.

8. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final.

9. PRIVACY

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
