🔧 Service Details: When we carefully disassemble your air shock, we like to document the settings along the way to ensure your shock comes back feeling exactly the way you like it.

In this service you receive the following:

  1. Internal deep cleaning of air sleeve components
  2. External wash and wipe
  3. Replace eyelet bushings as necessary
  4. Damper inspection and rebuild with new orings and fresh oil (NOTE: depending on the model of you shock we may vacuum bleed it to ensure no bubbles are left in the damper system)
  5. Nitrogen filled IFP
  6. Air spring rebuild with high performance greases, new orings and valve cores
  7. New wipers
  8. Pressurize and Test all settings for proper function
